I hold certificates in Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Thump Boxing Instructor , Outdoor Boot Camp , Kids Fitness , Foam Rolling Trigger Point , Group Fitness and I recently completed a Nutrition Coaching Course. I've been actively training people since 2000 and continue to learn more each year through researching the latest trends in exercise, sports nutrition and love continually attending courses in different areas of fitness and well being. Staying motivated isn't easy..but with the help of a good trainer , a good social network or a good bunch of gym buddies ....I believe we can all inspire each other to feel on top of the world !
